Second Life Camping Update

Just completed another update of the Second Life Camping Sites lens. Seems like its the most popular Squidoo lens I have. Once again, I removed the dead sites and replaced them with a few new ones. I’ll try to keep the monthly updates going, just keep in mind updating even that small list takes several hours, not to mention a few more to find new camping sites to replace the dead ones. Anyway…happy camping!

I’m also slowly playing through Blue Water again on Albatross18. I’ve decided to go ahead and post my guide to this course. It’s going to take a little time though, so if you’re interested, just keep checking back here for the latest updates on this guide!

Been a little busy over the last week. Finished updating the Second Life Camping Site lens by removing a few dead links and replacing them with a few new camping sites. That’s the way camping comes and goes in Second Life. Camping sites seem to disappear and reappear constantly. Too bad the average camping rate is down to about 1 linden per 15-20 minutes now and the best ones are always constantly busy. Anyhow, click on the link above and enjoy!

Also finished uploading the last four holes of my Pangya/Albatross18 Blue Lagoon Guide. I know there already is a guide out there but I figured since I had already uploaded my guides to Sepia Wind and Silvia Cannon, why not post a class A course walkthrough online too. I’m toying with the idea of posting a Blue Water guide online, as I don’t see a walkthrough for this course, but it takes time to convert the walkthroughs I currently have to the screenshots you see in my Pangya guides and I’m not sure I have the time to upload another course. Maybe over the span of two months perhaps…..but I’ll still have to think about it.

Wow…been a month since I last posted here.Â Anyhow, been busy with friends, family, etc., so updates have been sporadic to my Squidoo lenses.Â Just added an update to my Free Money Online lens.Â Ever heard of the forums known as Cashtalk?Â Click on the link to learn more about how you can possibly write and post on forums for a little change!Â

Small Updates to Many Lenses

Just fixed up a few of my lenses here and there.Â To list the changes:

Â - Updated the Myclix.biz review on my Free Money Online lens.
- Fixed a graphics error on one of the pictures on my Sepia Wind Guide
- Added a new lens in progress, my Pangya/Albatross18 guide to Blue Lagoon
- Created a new Starters List of Second Life Camping Sites.
- Revised the camping sites link in the Second Life Camping Guide lens to point to the new camping site lens.

On the last two changes, I basically moved my Second Life Camping Sites list from my Google Pages account to my Squidoo account. It just makes it easier for me to update it and Google didn’t index the page while it was on Google Pages. If you’re wondering, that site sat on Google Pages for over 4 months without being indexed. It was “still pending” when I moved the site contents to Squidoo.

Just another small update to a few of my lenses. Finished uploading holes #17-18 on the Silvia Cannon guide. Also working on adding a few new Megaman Weapons. Already done through Megaman 3, now time to work on Megaman 4.

Like my Sepia Wind guide, I’ve just finished writing and uploading walkthroughs for holes #1-16 for Silvia Cannon. You can read the guide here. I’m still working on holes #17-18, there are a few routes I want to try before finalizing the walkthrough. I’ve also finished uploading the Megaman Weapons lens and added a short chat camping description to my Second Life Camping Guide. Enjoy!

Made a quick update to my free money lens with the addition of the PTC site known as myclix. Myclix claims a low payout (only 2 cents) and eerily looks like Clixncash. However it seems legit although the number of ads are few. Click on the link to go to my lens and learn more about it!

Still getting the hang of things on Squidtop.Â Probably like other Squidoo users, I found this via Captain Squid on the SquidU forums.Â I’ve just added some of my current Squidoo lens on a separate page and if interested, click here to see them. I Hope to use this as a list to talk about my own lenses and write about any updates to my lenses. I also intend to use this to write about any other random thoughts that happen to go through my head. Hopefullly this post will save this time…had some problems trying to edit out the default “Hello World!” post.Â Keep checking back for updates!Â
